The Challenge
The website allows parents to choose between occassional, regular or urgent care. Since each service have different prices, offerings, and forms to fill, I had to get creative and find a way to make the site simple to understand.
It includes a customized application form where parents can sign up, select a preferred service and schedule for their children.
